Snoopy started out as an ordinary dog on the Peanuts Comic Strip by Mr. Charles Schultz, but soon came to be the most recognizable and adored character of all. A Snoopy Birthday Party will delight your child and here are some ideas to get you going!
You can make a cute Snoopy invitation by printing a Snoopy comic strip and pasting onto colorful cardstock. Write the party event details on the inside in “comic style” print, if you can. If you don’t feel like making your own, order Snoopy invitations along with your party supplies.
Snoopy and the gang loved doing things together, so it will be just as easy to entertain the kids with these party games:
– Create a comic strip! Give the kids white sheets of paper and black pens to create their own humorous drawing
– Bone Hunt: cut out bone shapes from construction paper and hide around the location. Whoever finds the most bones wins!
– Snoopy Says! Played just like Simon Says. Feel free to throw in some doggy related activities, like scratching their ears, digging for bones, or chasing their tail!
Don’t forget to send the kids home with a party favor box filled with things like a Snoopy mask, yo-yo, and stickers.
It’s a “dog eat dog” world so keep their tummies full with entrees like Dogs in a Blanket (mini dogs and cheese wrapped up in croissants) or Bone-shaped Sandwiches, Pizza, Doggy Snacks (bowls of pretzels, goldfish, raisins, popcorn, fruit, and chopped vegetables), and Ice Cream. It will make the children dog-on happy!
A Snoopy Birthday Party will be tons of fun with these ideas, so sit back, enjoy your Peanuts, and celebrate another party success.
