Horses are involved in every little girl’s dreams, so it is only natural that their big day is celebrated with a Horse Birthday Party.
Invitations can be made simply and quickly by drawing a field on a card of white cardstock. Decorate the field scene with a herd of running horses before writing your party details inside. There are beautiful invitations available for purchase, too, along with coordinating party supplies.
There is no end to how many activities you can come up with for a horse themed party, but I’ve gone ahead and whittled the list down to a few ideas:
- Horse Charm Bracelets
- Sugar Cube Relay: split the kids into two teams and they have to carry their sugar cube on a spoon without dropping it
- Pin the Tail on the Horse
- Horseshoe Toss
- Pony Painting
Filling a party favor box with horsey items like stickers, horse bean bags, and toys will be just the ticket for charming the guests.
Dishes like tangy teriyaki chicken skewers (with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and pineapple chunks), corn on the cob, fruit salad, and s ‘mores will make the kids feel just like they are out camping on the plains with the mustangs.
Everyone will have a great time at your Horse Birthday Party! Find all of these great items and more on our Horse Birthday Party Supplies page.
